Hi, I'm Amanda Wright
My life Vision is to provide exceptional leadership and generous care to families in great transition. I’ve done this through various work and volunteership in my life and have made my home practicing this as a professional Real Estate Advisor.
As a professional from the Hospitality management world and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, I bring a wealth of customer focus and care to my real estate practice, with a driving determination to consistently get the best results for client trusting me with their biggest asset, their lifestyle and their sanity.
My passion for knowledge and understanding means clients benefit from my up-to-the-day market knowledge, cutting-edge negotiation techniques, modern marketing tools, thorough contract understanding, and more.
As a professional from the Hospitality management world, I bring a wealth of customer focus and care to my real estate practice, along with my personal driving determination to consistently get the best results.
But you’ll soon come to find all of that out for yourself. For now, allow me to take the novel approach to a Bio and actually give you what you want — real answers to questions you’re probably wondering right now.
Yes. Without question.
I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. I get dozens of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible.
Depends on who you ask. If you ask certain agents who have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they’ll probably say “yes”.
A handful of people think I leave golden footprints in the sand.
Those are the two extremes, and most people’s opinion falls somewhere in the middle.
Here’s what I can tell you:
I’m honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable, friendly and thoughtful. If you need a sharp real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you’re in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values. Want to really find out if I’m a jerk? Mess with one of those people. 😉
Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing. But these are a few “strong suits” of mine:
– Marketing and selling luxury properties (Single Family and Condominium) on the greater Eastside
– Representing buyers in a stiff seller’s market (Single Family and Condominium) in Seattle and the Eastside
– Working with buyers relocating to the area
– Assisting clients at every price point make their desired lifestyle change (Want a waterfront view? More space in the mountains? Downsizing to an urban high-rise condo? It’s tricky, but I’ll make it easy and make it happen)
If your goal or situation isn’t represented on that list, don’t worry. Contact me anyway. If I can’t help, I can get you referred to the right agent who can.
On a personal level, I’m pretty good at cooking healthful foods and I’m not too bad at singing too!
On a professional level, here are the skill-sets that I’ve developed over the years:
– Listening. Unfortunately, it’s a lost art these days
– “Being there” when you need me. It will happen…many times.
– Interpereting market data to real, usable information you can use to make important decisions
– Staging my listings to sell at top dollar
– Negotiating (I’m a Certified Negotiation Expert). I’ve got many tricks up my sleeve!
– Creatively navigating each unique situation (I was a Peace Corps Volunteer- trust me on this one 😉 )
My clients are better suited to answer this for you. Please refer to the “Testimonials” section of this page.
